  classification  

at present, die-casting used in respect of the amount of aluminum alloy in order to account for more. with a lesser light and good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, as well as good thermal conductivity, and other physical properties. aluminum alloy can be divided into wood processing and wood cast in the processing of materials can be divided into heat-aluminum alloy material and non-heat-type aluminum alloy materials two broad categories. aluminum die-casting is a casting material, but different from those normally used in aluminum die-casting process because it is processed into products, they are not suitable for further treatment.

1. aluminum - silicon (al-si) series
general al-si alloys such as the adc1 for large, complex shapes and thin-walled products. the silicon (si) elements in the vicinity of the eutectic point, so that the casting of molten flow better, with an excellent cast, good corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and thermal expansion and a small proportion (2.65g/cm3), and other advantages. however, poor fragile heat-resistant, easy-to-sheng with crisp, and not anodized, and if the conditions of inappropriate casting, molten slow mobility.

2. aluminum - silicon - copper (al-si-cu) series
adc12 alloy in the al-si alloys add copper (cu) alloy elements, is the most widely used in the representation of aluminum die-casting, casting and its good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, but poor.

3. aluminum - silicon - magnesium (al-si-mg) series
adc3 in the aluminum alloy al-si alloy with added mg, fe, and other alloying elements, with excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and good casting, but when the iron (fe) content of less than 1.0 percent when the easy-to-metal bonding mode it is commonly used in alloys. adc5 other adc6 and alloys, also known as aluminum - magnesium (al-mg) alloy, with more strength, corrosion resistance and cutting, aluminum alloy is among the best results. however, due to contraction of its coagulase volume and big coefficient of thermal expansion, it is of such poor-alloy castings. that means liquidity is also poor, the model is prone to sticky and lost ground after the shiny metal, it is more appropriate to deal with anodizing, and the other impurities such as iron (fe), silicon (si), etc will affect the surface appearance.

aluminum die-casting of different countries have different names, such as the united states axxx models, adcxx are japanese, lmxx the british model, ylxxx china is a model.

zinc corrosion caused by high temperature causes brittle, jis is required in the following 1.0 percent, and foreign countries to add provisions to allow the amount of 3%. when added level should be kept at below 1.0 percent, die casting appear less cracking phenomenon.

1.anodizing
at the same time, with functional and decorative surface, most of the pieces of anodized aluminum alloy thin coating thickness of about 2μm ~ 25μm. the high durability and high resistance to wear and tear of aluminum alloy castings have 25μm ~ 75μm thickness of the surface. aluminum oxide processing can be infected with a variety of colors, and oxide and other non-conductive, so it is safe to use in different parts of the electrical appliances on.

2.phosphide / chrome -
phosphide is a very useful and non-metallic coating of thin, metal compounds will be formed on the surface layer replacement, to be used as steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy products, and so on, so that products can be processed to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance. chromium - film is the best corrosion resistance capability of the aluminum conversion coating, it can be used as the surface of a single piece of aluminum alloy coating.

3.micro-oxidation

the use of high-voltage aluminum alloy in the ceramic pieces on the formation of surface film, coating hardness and high wear resistance and corrosion resistance and no
margin of better performance than the anodizing.
micro-arc oxide film formed by three groups:
the first layer is attached to the surface of the aluminum film thickness is about 3 ~ 5μm.
the second is the main part of the oxide film, about the thickness of 150 ~ 250μm. the main floor of a high hardness and porosity is very small, density
is very high.
the third layer is the last of the surface layer. this is a relatively loose and rough, so usually treated to remove processing, direct
